Jacques Roizen began his career at McKinsey & Company before spending more than a decade at Alvarez & Marsal, where he became a Managing Director. Working across New York, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, he advised and worked alongside management teams on performance improvement and business transformation. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
In 2014, he moved from advisory into operating leadership, becoming CEO of Etam China, then a business spanning five brands and approximately 3,000 stores. He subsequently joined Baozun as Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation and New Ventures, before becoming General Manager of Pandora Greater China, with responsibility for the brand across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Before co-founding Foresight Performance Partners in 2026, Jacques was Managing Director, China Consulting at Digital Luxury Group in Shanghai. At Foresight Performance Partners, he works directly with luxury, beauty, and premium fashion brands on China e-commerce performance, with a particular focus on revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and profitability.
